As stated in the Central Louisiana Continuum of Care Governance Charter, the Project Selection & Ranking (PSR) Committee is responsible for developing and recommending written standards for all phases of the CoC and ESG grants, with consultation from the Collaborative Applicant, stakeholders throughout the Continuum (including recipients and subrecipients), and with CoC Board approval.  These standards shall be updated annually and reflect the goals of the Continuum and prioritize assistance for persons or families who are chronically homeless, persons with disabilities, and persons with the highest number of barriers to placement and stable housing [578.9(2)].  Standards will reflect priority for project type with performance and outcome criteria and shall include scoring and monitoring criteria.

The PSR Committee meets several times throughout the Spring and Summer to develop a rating and selection tool for CoC and ESG funded projects and utilize this tool to monitor and prioritize those projects for funding opportunities through the CoC and ESG NOFA.  If you are interested in serving on this committee, please contact Willis Trammell at swtrammell@suddenlink.net (the Membership and Rules Committee shall review all appointments to eliminate conflicts of interest).
